14 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with Sound and Vision for any reason, ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to justify it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Tell us you would like a refund. That is the whole process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Polar, our merchant of record, and usually appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

A refund deactivates your licence key. The Plugin stays installed but returns to its trial-then-silent behaviour, and your three activation slots are released.

Try it first

There is a 3-day trial with every feature unlocked and no key required. Nobody has to buy this plugin blind, and we would genuinely rather you used the trial than bought something that turns out not to suit you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here takes away rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content — this policy is written to be at least as generous as that right, and where the law gives you more, the law wins.
